This is a labour market study conducted in Ethiopia aimed at a connection between employer interventions and the progress of organizational inclusion, a neglected area despite inclusion having numerous benefits for organizational performance. The study used data solicited from a nationwide survey and uses PLS-SEM modeling to ascertain the role of inclusive leadership, fair culture, and effective policies in promoting inclusion. The results indicated the need for inclusive leadership and accountability, a fair and equitable organisational culture, and effective organisational strategies and policies for enhancing organisational inclusion. The study identified training and skill development as a factor that adversely affects inclusion.
